Hey guys, I recently bent a rim and I am probably going to get the ITP SS108s. I was talking with KQ4 about putting 25" tires on. I like being able to power slide and being able to cut sharply through the trails. I am not into sloshing through the mud and my clearance is 8.7 ". What would be the drawbacks to going from 23" to 25" tires? Do you think it would severely impair the responsiveness? Thanks.

I went from 24 to 25's on the Rancher. The only problem I had was the plastic foot board. I had to trim about an inch off the outside edge. I used a utility knife - so it's really not that big of a deal. You want to get something that is good for different terrians. 'Mudlites' and 'Swampfoxes' are only good for one thing: mud.
I am a HUGE fan of the tires that I got. I picked up a set of Holeshot ATR's and have not looked back since. They are great on all the different surfaces I ride and hold up well too.

Rob AKA wolfie Ihave 26'' tall tires on mine and the stock ones were 25''. The biggest difference from the stock tires to the ones I have is that you can't power slide as easily becuase they get way better traction. I also noticed alittle bit of loss power because the tires being bigger. (wider and taller). I don't know how close the rims are from mine to yours but if you like before you buy we can try my rims and tires on your machine. Now that my friends is the best thing that has happen to you yet this year!!! LMAO

Thanks gents. I have a bit of research to do to figure out the type of tread and size I want. You guys brought more questions into my head. Hell, I should just save my money until one of these blows out. Anyway thx again.
